Located within walking distance of the fine sandy beach of Denias-Deveses, this architectural house is in a rustic-modern mix of styles. The idea is as follows: in Spain it was common for the parents/grandparents to live in a simple house and for the following generation to build on it. The core is a two-storey main house in the finca style, with elements of "old Spain": extremely thick walls clad with natural stone, wooden windows of African oak with wings, shutters and rustic handles, floors of handmade terracotta tiles, high rooms, steps lovingly set down with wood and decorated with Toledo tiles. On the ground floor, there is a spacious dining room with a covered outdoor terrace. In the upper floor there is a single large studio room: height up to the roof, with a beautiful view in every direction. A small roof terrace branches off from the room and serves as a view. The clay roof tiles are in old style. Attached to the rustic main house are the other rooms of the house: a hallway with a "light tower", a guest toilet with Moroccan style elements, a kitchen, a tool room (laundry room), a built-in wardrobe, as the toilet with Moroccan doors disguises. Two bedrooms and a bathroom, which is covered with handmade tiles, adjoin it. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with wooden doors, one with air conditioning. The living and fireplace room has access via 2 steps from the dining room and is equipped with brick shelves in Spanish style. The radiators are centrally supplied by a gas boiler. The modern extension is constructed differently: normal wall thicknesses, different window shapes, white paint, different roof tiles, etc... Outside there are old Spanish style paths with pebbles and tiles. The garden is dominated by an old olive tree (from Teulada), a pepper tree, a magnificent cylinder cleaner, a Parkinsonia, a small pomegranate and several succulents. The property is surrounded on the left and right by two undeveloped areas, which may not be built on (Zona Verde). On the southeast side borders the Rio Molinell, which is accessible by a garden gate with few steps. At the front there is a little used road that is actually a dirt road...
Nearby you will find a golf course (Oliva Nova 4,9 km), a horse riding and show ground (Centro Ecuestre Oliva Nova, 2,6 km), the interesting nature park Marjal (3,3 km) with the mountain village Pego (9,4 km), the attractive harbour town Denia (13 km) and many restaurants, which are also within walking distance.
