This classic rustic villa is built on a plot of 1250m2 and is located in a quiet residential area in Altea. It consists of a single floor of approximately 125m2 distributed in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and covered terrace that overlooks the swimmingpool. From lounge terrace next to the villa, one can enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and the island of Altea. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning and with additional heating in a bathroom. Outside we have a heated pool with hot and cold shower and a barbecue area with a set of stone tables and chairs where you can enjoy a sunny day under the fig trees. In addition there is an ivy covered pergola from which we have magnificent views of the sea aswell.
