This villa is located in an absolutely quiet residential and high altitude area in the MONTE SOLANA I area of PEDREGUER, only approx. 10 minutes by car from DENIA. Distance to the beaches of Denia or Els Poblets approx. 10 km and to the airports of Valencia and Alicante it is approx. 100 km each. Pedreguer and the immediate area have a very good infrastructure. In the village itself you will find everything you need in everyday life: large supermarket Mas y Mas, pharmacy, restaurants, doctors, banks, petrol station, etc. The large and centrally located shopping center in Ondara can be reached in about 5 minutes by car (Carrefour, ALDI, LIDL, LEROY Merlin / hardware store, cinemas, restaurants .....). In just 10 minutes by car you can reach DENIA with its popular old town, the marina and excellent restaurants. The golf courses LA SELLA (9 km) and OLIVA NOVA (17 km) can also be reached quickly and are practically on the doorstep.

Other information Rental price for 2-3 people from 01.11.-30.04. for 120 € per night, and for up to 5 people for 140 € / night.
