Through a hallway you reach the bedrooms, on this main floor there are 3 bedrooms, all three have air conditioning hot/cold, and two bathrooms complete the offer. The upper floor is accessed by a spiral staircase outside, where you will find two separate apartments. One apartment has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a small dining room and a small open kitchen, the second apartment has a large bedroom with bathroom in suite. The house has a beautiful large outdoor area, in which you will find a 10 x 4 m private pool, an outdoor shower and a barbecue. To complete the outdoor area, you also have 6 sun loungers, several seating areas and even a carport for up to 4 cars.

Where is this Large Beautiful Villa located? It is only a few metres from the beautiful stone beach "Almadrava" of Els Poblets, and the nearest sandy beach is about 600 m away. The village town centre of Els Poblets is about 1 km away, where you will find the German bakery "Strudel Cafe", supermarkets like Carlo‘s Delicatessen or Mas y Mas, and also a Lidl is only about 1.5 km away. The distance to our "capital" Denia is about 8 km, there we highly recommend to visit the beautiful harbour, the promenade Calle Campos or the beautiful Montgó mountain. Also the big shopping centre in Ondara "Portal de la Marina" is only 10 minutes away by car. Both airports, Alicante or Valencia, are about 100 km away, 1 hour drive.

Rental prices: From 01.10. - 30.04. (except Christmas and Easter holidays) for up to 6 persons (without upper flats) for 180 € per night, for up to 8 persons = 200 € per night and for up to 12 persons = 250 € per night. From 01.05. - 30.06. (incl. Christmas and Easter holidays) + 01.09.-30.09. for up to 6 persons (without upper flats) = 250€ per night, for up to 8 persons = 270€ per night and for up to 12 persons = 320€ per night. From 01.07. - 31.08. for up to 6 persons (without upper flats) = 380€ per night, for up to 8 persons = 400€ per night, and for up to 12 persons = 450€ per night. In the summer months (July and August) the minimum stay is 7 nights, and the remaining months the minimum stay is 5 nights. All prices are plus electricity according to consumption with 0,30 €/kilowatt hour. Plus final cleaning flat rate for the main house 220 € plus 30 € per flat extra. + Additional cleaning fee for arrival with dog 50 € if applicable. + Optional 1 x bed linen and 2 towels per person for 15 € extra. Wifi internet use available free of charge. There is also a rental deposit of 500 € to be paid in cash on arrival. A longer stay over the winter (in the period from 01.10.-30.04.) is possible in this house, from 2 months rental period the winter monthly rent is then 1.500 € plus additional costs according to consumption (water and electricity).
