Our small villa in the well-known community "Mimosa II" offers you a perfect and relaxing holiday in a very modern accommodation. The small but exclusive community Mimosa II consists of approx. 12 detached villas sharing a communal pool. The property has a beautiful Mediterranean garden, is fully fenced and offers 4 sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue, so nothing can stand in the way of the perfect summer. Inside, the house is divided into two floors, on the lower main floor you will find a modern open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, oven, etc, furthermore you will also find the cozy living room with air conditioning hot/cold and a dining area, also a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning hot/cold plus a full bathroom and extra toilet is located on the lower main floor. The upper floor is accessed via an internal staircase and there you will find the other two bedrooms, the meanbedroom with hot/cold air conditioning and a double bed, and the second bedroom without air con and with a double bed. Even though there are three bedrooms, we recommend renting the house for a maximum of 4 people, or possibly 4 adults and a small child. The second complete bathroom is also located on the upper floor. The washing machine is located on a covered outdoor terrace. The house also offers a parking space for your car on the private property.

Barranquets, Els Poblets, only 800 m from the stone beach Almadrava and about 1,5 km to the sandy beach "Les Deveses". Our small capital city of Denia is also only 8km away, but you don‘t have to go far, the village of Els Poblets is only 600m away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and much more. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are easily reached by motorway in an hour each.

On request 1 x bed linen and 2 towels per person 15 €, additional towels are possible. A deposit of 200 € is required on the day of arrival. Pets on request with a one-time surcharge of 50 €. We can also offer you a longer stay in this house with monthly rentals, from 8 weeks rental period from 01.10.-30.04. can be rented for 700 € plus additional costs (electricity & water) according to actual consumption.
