Our modern and detached Villa Mariposa is located in the beautiful and well-known community "La Medina" in Denia, about 2 km from the sea and the city centre. Here you can enjoy the perfect family holiday with relaxing mountain views. The property has been extensively renovated in 2019 and is divided over two floors by 5 steps. On the lower main floor, there is a bright and friendly living room with a (sofa) bed as well as a dining area and direct access to the beautiful and spacious outdoor terrace. This terrace is perfect to enjoy a breakfast outside or to plan a barbecue evening, as you also have a electric table barbecue. On the same main floor there is a modern, built-in and fully equipped kitchen with fridge incl. integrated freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and much more. You reach the upper floor by 5 small steps and there are the 2 double bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite. The second shower room is located separately on the same floor. Both bedrooms as well as the living room have hot/cold air conditioning. Also has a desk and monitor, so ideal for use as a home office space in the living room. WIFI is available throughout the house. To top it off, you have a great and exclusive communal pool with well maintained lawns and beautiful palm trees. There is also a parking space with carport for your car, right next to the front door of the house.

Very nice and quiet location in Denia, only about 2 km from the sandy beach and the town centre. In Denia you will find a large selection of restaurants, bars, shopping streets, simply everything your holiday heart desires... The large shopping centre "Portal de La Marina" is only 20 minutes away by car, and the well-known golf courses in La Sella and Oliva Nova are also only a few minutes away by car. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are easily reached by motorway in one hour each.

Last minute offer! Only July and August 2022 for 140€/night! Rental price for up to 4 persons 01.10. - 30.04. for 80€ per night. Rental price from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09.-30.09. = 110€ per night. Rental price from 01.07. - 31.08. = 150 € per night. All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,25 €/kilowatt hour. Final cleaning flat rate for the house 120 €. Pets are not welcome (on request only one small dog is allowed up to a maximum of 6kg). On request 1 x bed linen and 2 towels per person 15 €. Internet use available free of charge. There is also a rental deposit of 200 €. A longer stay over the winter (1.10. - 30.04.) is possible in this house, from 1 month rental period this house can be rented for a winter rent of 800 €/month plus additional costs (electricity & water according to actual consumption).
