This beautiful villa is located in the well-known area called Monte Pego. The villa has just been completely refurnished and is very fresh on the rental market. You reach the lower floor by an outside staircase that goes past the pool, there you will find the separate apartment, this has its own living room with smart TV, a small fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, etc. This Apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of them with air conditioning hot / cold and the second is on the shady side and has a fan. On this floor you will also find an indoor shower room and an extra shower in the second room. There is enough space on the property for 2 cars, plus of course an additional garage for parking.
Where is this dream house? You will find our Villa Canarios in a beautiful and quiet location on Monte Pego, although the street is officially part of Denia. The distance to the next beach (les Deveses) is approx. 7 km or to the beach (Oliva Nova) it is approx. 9 km. Both localities in the vicinity, Pego or El Vergel, are both approx. 5 km away, and there you will find many shops (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc.), and our popular city Denia would be approx. 13 km away. Both airports, Alicante or Valencia, are 100 km away, about an hour‘s drive.

Other information: Rent for up to 10 people 01.10. - April 30th = € 220 per night. Rental price from 01.05. - 30.06. and from 01.09.-30.09 = 300 € / night and in the high season from 01.07.-31.08. = 350 € per night. All prices plus electricity according to consumption at € 0.25 / kilowatt hour (€ 0.10 / kws night tariff) and internet is available free of charge. The final cleaning is charged at a flat rate of 250 € for the house, and a dog is also allowed on request with an additional cleaning fee of 50 €. Optionally, 1 x bed linen and 2 towels per person can be booked for only 15 € / person, and a rental deposit of 500 € is also required. In the months of July and August, rentals can only be made on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. A longer stay over the winter (1.10.-30.04.) Is possible in this house, from a minimum stay of 2 months for 1,200 € / month, plus additional costs such as electricity, water and gas according to consumption.
